In the event of a legal problems with respect to competition, domain, copyright or similar matters, we request that you contact us first in order to avoid unnecessary legal disputes and expenses. We guarantee that we will immediately remove any passages if objections are justified without the need to involve a legal counsel. We will refuse compensation for costs of warning written by an attorney without prior contact with us as unjustified in the sense of the duty to minimise damages and, if necessary, will raise a counter-claim based on a breach of the aforementioned provisions.

Area of validity
This data privacy statement explains the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the responsible service provider on this website (hereinafter 'Offering'). The legal bases of data protection are the German Federal Data Protection Act and the German Telemedia Act.

Access data / server log files
The provider (and/or its web space provider) collects data about each access to the Offering (so-called server log files). The access data includes:
Name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, transmitted data quantity, message about the successful access, browser type and version, operating system of the user, URL of the referrer (previously visited page), IP address and querying provider. The provider only uses the log data for statistical evaluation for the purpose of operation, security and optimisation of the offering. However, the provider reserves the right to check the log data at a later time if there is justifiable suspicion of illegal use based on concrete evidence.

Handling of personal data
Personal data is only collected, used and transferred by the provider if this is legally permissible or the user agrees to the collection of data. Consent applies as granted if the user transfers their data via one of the offered channels of communication.

When contact is made with the provider (for instance, via contact form, chat module or email), the user's information is stored for the purpose of handling the enquiry and in the case of follow-up questions.

Integration of services and third parties
It is possible that third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, map images from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated in this online Offering. This is always requires that the provider of this content (hereinafter referred to as 'Third-party Provider') notices the user's IP address. Without the IP address, they cannot send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is necessary for the presentation of this content. We make an effort to only use content from providers that solely use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on whether the Third-party Provider stores the IP addresses for statistical purposes, etc. Insofar as we are aware, we will clarify this for the user.

Revocation, changes, notifications and updates
The user has the right to receive information about their personal data that is stored, free of charge. The user also has the right to correction of incorrect data and to the blocking and deletion of their personal data, insofar as there is no contradictory statutory obligation to keep records.
